The location: The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from bus route 8/N8, 339, 276, 488 and 8 minutes walk to Bow Church DLR, 12 minutes walk to Bow Road Underground Station and a 15 minute walk to Mile End. The apartment is located beside Roman Road Market which has organic fruit and veg shops, Tesco, Iceland and independent restaurants. There are excellent leisure facilities close by with Soho Gym 10 minutes walk away and Gymbox and the London Aquatics Centre all within 20 mins walk. The apartment is also situated very close to Victoria Park and the Olympic Park which is great for running/bikes etc. Cost: The rent is £750 per calendar month including all bills. This includes council tax, electricity, heating, water and internet. The deposit is a calendar month's rent. My partner and I are both working professionals and looking for someone similar.
