Wimbledon village is close by for great bars, restaurants and shops. Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park are a short cycle away and there is a park at the end of the road for a quick jog. The bedroom has fast Virgin wi-fi, a comfortable double divan bed with 2 large draws, double wardrobe, large storage cupboard, bedside cabinet, chair, table, mirror and view over the garden. The lounge/dining room has a Smart HD TV, DVD, stereo and is open plan into a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher/ washing machine/microwave /fridge freezer, twin oven, granite worktop). There is shared use of a bathroom with bath/new shower. The house is double-glazed with a new boiler, 24 hour hot water and a real fire in the lounge. The garden has apple and plum trees, table and chairs, a BBQ and there is space for a bike in the shed. The rent is £620 month, plus bills (£130 month).
