  • 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station and the local amenities on Blackstock Rd Hi, I am moving in with a very old university friend and so unfortunately for me I have to move out of this incredible flat. Fortunately for you, my room will be available from 1 March. I have been living here for over 9 months now and it is a truly great flat to live in. These are the details: The Room: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side table. Window looks out onto the gardens behind making it very peaceful and quiet. The Flat: Modern, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living area inc. modern kitchen, large garden with sitting area. The main bathroom is enormous, with a large and very good shower. The open plan living space is very large and light, with a dining table 3 large sofas and the kitchen. Location and area: The flat is situated on Wilberforce Road just down from Finsbury Park. There are great restaurants, bars, pubs and coffee shops on the doorstep and along Blackstock Road just round the corner. The nearest supermarket is a Sainsbury’s, which is a 5 min walk away. The petrol station at the end of Wilberforce Road Transport: Transport links from Finsbury Park are fantastic. The Victoria and Piccadilly lines (both run 24/7 on a Friday and Saturday) are a 7-10 minute walk away. Canonbury station, for the Overground is also a 10 minute bus ride away. This means that most places in central London are never more than 30 minutes away, so great for commuting. Landlord: The flat is managed by a local letting agent, Claudia, who is really responsive to any maintenance issues. Any issues have always been dealt with swiftly. Current Flatmates: Your new housemates are Sam and Zak. Both are very sociable and outgoing. They are also very respectful and considerate. Both work in IT.
