  • In our new home we have one spacious, bright double room available for the third flatmate. We (Anna & Sarah) are professional, easy going, friendly, clean, both in our 30’s and work in central London. We are looking for a likeminded professional, sociable person and we do understand the need for your own space. We'd like to find somebody who is okay with friends staying from time to time as we want everyone to feel happy and to create an atmosphere where everyone feels like it's a home. Your double room is really big, a bay window means it’s bright, comfortable, peaceful and well furnished with a huge sliding wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, double bed, mirror. Your room, as the whole flat, is available for us to move in on 14th April. The stunning flat is in a period mansion block just a few minutes from Battersea Park, its been fully modernised and offers a fully-fitted kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath & shower. The large dinning room and lounge area provide a huge space for us to be sociable or find a quiet retreat. It is well connected to the city centre either via bus or train: - the closest train stations- all about a 10min walk are: Battersea Park/Queenstown Road/ Clapham Junction - the Prince Of Wales Drive bus stop is just across the street serving the routes:49; 319; 345; 639; 670; N19; N31. The 344 and 44 are a 5minute walk to the latchmere (which also has a leisure centre). If you’re a keen cyclist, secure bike parking behind the building is available The monthly rent is £950 and includes all bills (Internet, Water, Council Tax, TV, Electricity). 6 weeks deposit is required and there will be a one off fee £50, to set up the new lease (inventory, landlord checks...)
