The flat is extremely quiet too, as it is set back approx. 150 Meters plus from the main road and you room overlooks Watermeads Nature Reserve. The view is one of our favourite aspects of the flat and you would be surprised what nature is there for your viewing!!! BUILDING FACILITIES: Access to the complex is via an access coded security gates as well as having an intercom in the building itself. CCTV will soon be installed in the outside parking area for added security and is well lit. There is however a private and secured bicycle storage building located in the car parking area. There is also a bin shed onsite for disposal of your unwanted items, in accordance with the house rules (no fly tipping). In addition, there are also well-kept grounds surrounding the buildings and these are classed as communal areas and thus can be used by anyone who lives at the complex. CURRENT OCCUPANTS: This is a family home, which is occupied by a professional couple (1 male and 1 female) with whom the lodger will share the home with.
