The cleaner will change the bed and vacuum plus clean communal areas every 2 weeks. There is a spacious shared kitchen/diner which also has a living space with views to the garden backing onto the New River with Ducks, geese, swans and other wild life are a regular feature to the view. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a modern interior newly refurbished (waiting for warmer days to finish painting). Located in a tree lined road. It's quiet and neighbors are friendly. The area is good for shopping. It is very close to Woodgreen and Bounds Green underground stations 10/15 minutes walk from the house - both station on the Piccadilly line. Also, 10 minutes walk to Bowes Road over-ground. Many green areas in close proximity. Travel is excellent via train, tube, bus or car. Very easy access A406, M1, A1, A6 and many bus routes. This is a friendly but definitely not a party house. The atmosphere is relaxed and conversations are spontaneous usually in the kitchen. we are friendly but not intrusive, your space and private time will be respected. So if you are looking for somewhere to call home and occasionally enjoy a chat with (or without) food and/or wine then we would like to hear from you.
