  • Hi all, We have a lovely and cosy double room available in our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, just 5 mins walk from West Norwood Rail Station, with easy & quick access to Victoria, London Bridge & Clapham Junction. Our apartment is set over two floors so there's plenty of space. All the amenities were brand new when we moved in and we make a big effort to keep it tidy, so we hope you'll feel at home here. Our working/ leisure habits are quite varied, so at least one of us is usually around and would be happy to help you settle in! This is a friendly apartment, close to local cafes, supermarkets and pubs. All bills (excluding Water) amount to £90 per month, and £623 is required as a deposit. Please also note that the room will be unfurnished, and we won't accept couples. I have included some info about the area below, but if you have any other questions, please feel free to get in touch! We'll be starting viewings asap! Cheers, Rami & Lisa The Neighbourhood: West Norwood is a community-orientated suburb with quiet terraced streets. On the first Sunday of the month the community hosts a huge 'Feast' on the main street with stalls selling home-made produce, art, crafts, vintage & retro items and food and drink. There are live bands and film screenings. We've got a brand new leisure centre just down the road and lovely cafes. We've even got a cafe that makes their own Gluten Free and Dairy Free bread and cakes, and one that roasts their own coffee. The South London Theatre recently reopened and the West Norwood Picturehouse and Library is due to open in the next month, both a short walk away, You'll be able to find everything you need for your stay locally and we are just a short journey from the bustling night-life and incredible restaurants of Brixton and Peckham. West Norwood is a family orientated area and is close to Streatham Common. It's quiet at night but there's a busy craft beer and gastro pub and a wine bar nearby, if you fancy a night cap. There's a cracking real ale pub a short journey away in Gypsy Hill and Crystal Palace is awash with pubs and eateries and is 5 minutes on the train
